Helping shape one of the Levant region’s growing music incubators

Working alongside Jafra Productions, I’ve supported the international growth and partnerships of NEST Music Incubator, a programme nurturing the next generation of artists across the Levant region. From developing international collaborations and greatly helping to secure strategic partners to crafting compelling storytelling pitches for potential funders, my role helped connect local talent with global opportunities. I have helped build and maintain partnerships with leading organisations including Meta, TikTok, Believe, Anghami, Arab Fund for Arts and Culture, MDLBEAST Foundation, Groover, SACEM, Bridge.audio, Babel Music XP, and Music Ally – backed by Expertise France (part of the Agence Française de DĂ©veloppement).

The impact? A growing community of 2,000+ artists in the database, 40 emerging artists who were selected in each incubation cycle, and a mentorship programme filled with workshops on all things music business. NEST continued to strengthen cross-border collaboration while opening new pathways for artists and emerging music professionals from the region to dream of sustainable international careers.

Key person for putting Pro Weekend Fest on the global map

By the Mediterranean coast in Castellón (Spain), I took on the management of Pro Weekend Fest’s Conference and International Growth. This is an artist showcase and music conference rooted in community and discovery of new regional and national acts, meeting with top-level industry professionals from all corners of Europe, with a latest expansion to North America and Asia. Drawing on over a decade of solid international connections, I carefully curate a conference programme filled with voices I’ve crossed paths with over the years. People I trust to support and uplift local talent.

The outcome? A high-quality gathering of 150 delegates from many different markets, 32 bands over 4 days performing to 3,000+ audience members, while finding their way to bigger stages and long-lasting impact.

GLPMixer

Singapore-based music networking app: Gig Life Pro

When Gig Life Pro brought its first-ever UK company’s launch to London in Spring 2024, I helped build the bridge and boost connections. Through a carefully organised meet & greet at Tileyard Education, I connected them with key local industry players, setting the tone for deeper conversations that followed at The Great Escape in that year and further on to Asia. With an APAC focus, Gig Life Pro empowers music entrepreneurs to tap into navigating cross-cultural work – something I’ve helped championing on their journey into the UK.
